What Our Clients Are Saying …

5th Generation was there to help

On Monday, I woke up to find my family room and office flooded. I didn't know who to call since I haven't had this awful experience before! After calling everyone I knew who knew anyone with water damage experience, I called all of the contractors who were already booked up for most of the week! I then called 5th Generation who had done a great job of remodeling for me. I thought, just maybe they knew someone I could call. Well, Melissa called a contractor they use and because of their relationship, he was able to 'fit me in' on Tuesday! Not only did Larry Clark from 5th Generation come over to help move the furniture, etc..., he looked at my property and recommended that I have the side of the house where the water came in resealed and waterproofed because it's showing some wear. [they don't do those kinds of jobs, of course...] Anyway, he stayed around to help with all the moving too. So, I wanted to share with all of you this email that tells about them. I don't know about you but once I've had a contractor, I haven't really seen them bend over backwards to help me when they had nothing to gain! So, I want to HIGHLY recommend you call them when you need any remodeling help. They're great and they go out of their way, obviously, to help you even after you're no longer a customer!
